@rappinp NOOOO. if you feel it in ur back at all it will be back pain, and pain is always bad. if you feel it in ur back at all then ur forms off (usually ur shoulders and lats arent set properly). look it up online.

Dumb question I know but when doing chest press with dumbbell's do you work out your trapezium (traps) muscles or through any other chest exercise?

I can't stand ppl that throw the weights to the floor when they finish a set. Bringing the weights to your knees is the best bet.
