when you say 30 minutes of stairs do you mean you are continuously going up and down the stairs for 30 mins?

will this help slim my legs. i'm 13 years old and i have skinny arms (wayyyy lack of muscle) and large thighs (juniors size 9). i'm tall so i looks right but i want a balanced body so how can i slim down my thighs :)
